Lyseth/Moore/Pine Grove Trail Description:.
This trail was designed by 3rd-graders at Lyseth Elementary School and has involved hundreds of other students from Lyseth and Moore schools as well as local community members in its construction. The trail is positioned to connect the schools and neighborhoods to each other and to provide greater access to Pine Grove Park . The park is shady and quiet, populated by cathedral-height pines. School ground hours are sunrise to sunset.

The Lyseth/Moore trailhead starts at the Lyseth playground. The trail is flat as it winds through the wooded terrain of the school yard. The trail then crosses Allen Avenue (please cross with caution!) towards Pine Grove Park before climbing a moderately steep slope.

Trail access:
Take Auburn Street to Lyseth/Moore Drive , just north of Northgate Plaza and the Allen Avenue intersection. Evening and weekend parking is available at the school lot. METRO Bus routes 3 and 6.
