Martin's Point Trail Description:
At the Martin's Point Heath Center a short footpath along the shore provides spectacular views of Portland, the harbor and the islands of Casco Bay.

A paved trail with a moderate slope and several picnic tables. Access to most of the views is available on the level trail, but continuing around the point involves a steep grade.

Points of Interest:

• World War II USS Reuben James memorial, a small park with benches, tables, and views of Casco Bay .

Trail access:
Parking is available at the Martin's Point Health Center lot on Route 1, just south of the Portland/Falmouth border. The lot is very congested during regular business hours.
